MASTER PLAN UPDATE
The City's current Master Land Use Plan ("Master Plan") was adopted in 1991. As the community has seen relatively minor changes over the years, the Master Plan has been reviewed without the need for a complete update. However, changes in regional environment, housing preferences and market conditions suggested that the City, through the Planning Commission, evaluate its existing conditions and policies regarding housing in an effort to preserve and maintain the high quality of life enjoyed by residents of the community for
