Council Vacancy Notice

 

 

CITY COUNCIL VACANCIES

Grosse Pointe Shores received the resignation of two council members at the February 16, 2010 City Council meeting.  Mayor Cooper is asking interested citizens to submit letters of interest to the City Manager for City Council to consider towards the filling of these vacancies.  Interested citizens are instructed to fill out the City Council vacancy application and send that in with their letter of interest.  The deadline for applications is March 11, 2010

August 3rd Rizzo Services has taken over the contract for curbside recycling.  There is no change in collection schedule days or items collected, but they ask that you please put your recyclables out BY 7:00 A.M.!!
