Bruce R. Nichols, City Clerk

Bruce R. Nichols began serving as City Clerk in December of 2011. He is an Attorney practicing in real estate, wills and trusts, litigation, construction and business law and acts as a General Civil Mediator in the Michigan Court System. Bruce is a life-long resident of the Detroit area and has served on the City of Detroit Board of Zoning Appeals and the Grosse Pointe Woods Board of Tax Review. He is married to Mary Ann and they have three children. He and his family have lived in Grosse Pointe Shores for 18 years.
